रेल बजट 2015

रेल मंत्री सुरेश प्रभु ने 26 फरवरी, 2015 को संसद में 2015-16 के लिए अपना पहला रेल बजट पेश किया। इसमें उन्होंने यात्रियों पर कोई बोझ नहीं बढ़ाया और न ही किराए में काई बढ़ोतरी की, लेकिन नई ट्रेनों की भी घोषणा नहीं की गई। रेल मंत्री सुरेश प्रभु ने रेल बजट में यात्री सुविधाएं को और बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया। रेल बजट 2015-16 की खास घोषणाएं इस प्रकार है–
- रेल बजट में यात्री किराये में कोई बढ़ोत्तरी नही की गई
- वित्त वर्ष 2016 में रेलवे की क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए 96,182 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे
- ट्रेनों और प्लेटफॉर्म की सफाई के लिए अलग से स्वच्छता विभाग बनाने की योजना
- 650 रेलवे स्टेशनों पर 17 हजार नए टायलेट बनाए जाएंगे
- यात्रियों की शिकायतों के लिए नया हेल्पलाइन नंबर 138 और सुरक्षा के लिए नंबर 182 जारी किया जाएगा
- 108 गाडि़यों में ई-कैटरिंग सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने का संकल्प
- महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगाए जाएंगे
- अशक्त लोगों के लिए व्हील चेयर भी ऑनलाइन बुक कराने की सुविधा देने का प्रस्ताव
- लोकल टिकट वेंडिंग मशीन की संख्या बढ़ाने के साथ वॉटर वेंडिंग मशीन भी लगाने का प्रस्ताव
- देश के 400 प्रमुख रेलवे स्टेशनों पर मुफ्त वाई-फाई की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी
- यात्री अब 60 दिन की जगह 120 दिन पहले अपनी टिकट बुक करा सकेंगे
- 10 स्टेशनों पर सेटेलाइट सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की घोषणा
- नौ रेल मार्गों पर 160 से 200 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से ट्रेन चलाने की घोषणा
- मानव रहित 3438 फाटक खत्म होंगे, बिना गार्ड वाले फाटक पर अब अलार्म बजेगा
- रेलवे में नौकरी के लिए आवेदन ऑनलाइन किया जायेगा
- स्टेशन और गाड़ियों को कंपनियों के नाम दिये जाएंगे, कंपनियों को इसके लिए रेलवे को पैसा देना होगा
- इसी वर्ष दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए एक्शन प्लान लागू किया जाएगा
- जनरल बोगियों में भी मोबाइल चार्ज की सुविधा देने के साथ स्लीपर में चार्जिंग प्वाइंट बढाए जाएंगे
- अब सेना जवानों को टिकट के लिए वारंट दिखाने की जरूरत नहीं होगी
- कई भारतीय भाषाओं में ई-टिकट पोर्टल शुरू किए जाएंगे
- बिना रिजर्वेशन वाली टिकटों के लिए 'ऑपरेशन 5 मिनट' शुरू किया जाएगा, जिसमें 5 मिनट पहले टिकट
