IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

I.  Candidates will have to apply for admission in ONLINE mode  only Online application submission involves logging the University Website www.cdlu.ac,in  and www.erpcdlu.ac.in. The candidates will have to deposit the application fee (Rs. 100/- for SC/BC/DAP/EBP in General Castes categories and fees.400/- for others) in.Account No.15172121009728 in any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce through a challan which will be printed during online submission of application forms.

2.The admissions to all the Courses Except M. Phil and M. Tech.) will be made on the basis of merit of the qualifying examination plus weightage(s) admissible, if any.

3 Admission to MBA and MBA (Business Economics) courses will be made on the basis of Common Management Aptitude Tcst (C-MAT) score, Admission to M,Tech. CSE 2 year & 3 year will be made on the basis of valid GATE Score. If seats remain vacant, the admissions to these courses will be made on the basis of merit of the qualifying examination plus weightage(s) admissible, if any.

4. Admissions to MCA will be made by HSTES on the basis of OLET-MCA-2016 through online off campus counseling.

Eligibility :- 
(A) The admission will be open to bonafide residents of Haryana only.
(B) The minimum Education Qulification for Admission to these courses is as follows:-
(I) Diploma-in-Education (D.Ed)
i. Candidates with at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination with five subjects including English as one of the subjects.
ii. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks at Senior Secondary (10+2) level for Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC) and Differently abled candidates. Further, the said 5% relaxation means at least 47.5% marks (50 x 5/100 i.e. 2.5 = 47.5%), as clarified by the Apex Court in its judgment dated 18.09.2011 cited in 2012(1) RSJ-64 in Civil Appeal No. 7084 of 2011 titled as P. V. Indiresan Vs. Union of India and others.
However, the said relaxation shall not be admissible to Special Backward Classes & Economically Backward Class Persons in the General caste Category.
iii. Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit

(i) Schedule of dates for admission to Under-Graduate (including Hons.) Certificate/Diploma/Professional and other U.G. Courses being run in the affiliated Colleges/ Institutes for the session 2015-16:
(a) Calling of application admission forms : 01.07.15 upto 4.00 p.m.

(iv) The admission cases received after 25th July 2015 upto 31stJuly 2015 by the

may be made by the College/Institute with late fee of Rs.1000/- per student
(to be remitted to the University) on the basis of merit. The list of students so
admitted be sent alongwith Registration Return.
(v) Failed candidates are not to be re-admitted. Such candidates may appear in
the examination as an ex-student.
(vi) Candidates who have compartment/re-appear in one or more paper(s) in the
qualifying examinations shall not be allowed admission in 1st semester of the
course in any case.
(vii) There will be no admission by the College/Institute after the above schedule
in order to maintain the statutory provision of clear 90 teaching days per
semester. If the number of teaching days falls short due to some unforeseen
reasons, it shall be the responsibility of the Principal/Director and the
concerned teacher to make good the loss by taking extra classes.
(viii) The admission for promoted students be made by 15th July, 2015 positively.
Thereafter, the admission will be made with late fee as above.
(ix) The Gurukul Jhajjar shall seek the approval of the University for admission
schedule for OT/MIL courses.

(iv) The admission cases received after the above schedule i.e. from 08th August
2015 to 14thAugust 2015 by the Principal/Director of the college/Institute

with late fee of Rs.1000/- per student (to be remitted to the University) on the
basis of merit. The list of students so admitted be sent alongwith Registration
Return.

Online submission of Application Form will commence w.e.f. 01.06.2015. Before Registration of Application Forms, the candidates may read the Prospectus and guidelines/instructions on University Website: www.kuk.ac.in carefully for online submission of the form. The applications will be submitted online alongwith a fee of Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/BC/SBC/EBP/Blind candidates of Haryana) plus Entrance Test Fee as mentioned in Table-1 against concerned courses. The prospectus/entrance test fee will be submitted online only. After completing the Application Form in all respect, the candidate must download the print out of Application Form filled in online and submit the same alongwith required documents and fee receipt except the B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) 5-Yr, LL.B. 3-Yr., LL.M. 2-Yr. and B.Pharmacy 4-Yr courses for which admissions will be made purely on the basis of merit of Entrance Test. List of selected candidates will be notified on the Notice Board of the concerned Department/Institute and will also be available on the University Website as per schedule given in the Prospectus. REAP (RAJASTHAN ENGINEERING ADMISSION PROCESS) Admission Notice for B. Arch. Courses

On line Applications are invited from eligible candidates of Rajasthan domicile including the wards of Kashmiri
Migrants for the registration in Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process(REAP)-2015 for admission to first year of undergraduate programmes leading to Bachelor’s degree in different disciplines of Engineering (B.Tech. / B.E.) in various Govt. aided and Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed & Private Universities) for the session 2015-2016.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION: The minimum academic qualification for admission to B.Tech./B.E. program in Rajasthan is a pass with atleast 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to “SC/ST/ Non Creamy Layer OBC/ Non Creamy Layer SBC” of Rajasthan state) in the subjects combination as given below taken together, in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/ Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Subject combination required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.Tech. / B.E course shall be as under:

B.Tech. / B.E. Physics & Mathematics
(1) Chemistry (2) Bio-technology
(3) Computer Science (4) Biology
Only those candidates shall be eligible who have passed in each subject of above combination and fulfills the minimum academic qualification as mentioned above.
AGE LIMIT : Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1990 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Person with Disability (PwD) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PwD candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1985 are eligible. Date of birth as
recorded in the Secondary Education mark sheet / certificate only will be taken as authentic.
How To Apply : The applications form for REAP-2015 will be accepted online only. The process
of online submission of application form for REAP-2015 shall be carried out through any of the following websites :-

Important Dates :
• Date of commencement for filling of the online application : 01-06-2015
• Last Date of depositing the fees through e-Mitra/CSC network : 10-06-2015

Detailed instructions with regards to filling up of online application form and other related information are given on the web sites. Candidates must perform following activities while submitting the online Application form :
Step-1 : Deposition of Application Form Fees.
i. Cost of REAP-2015 Application Form is Rs. 400/-. Candidates should contact any e-Mitra/CSC kiosk center authorized by the Government of Rajasthan and deposit a sum of Rs. 410/- (Rs. 400/- against Application form Fees and Rs. 10/- for e-Mitra service charges). This amount is neither refundable nor transferable or adjustable in future.
ii. The kiosk will generate a 16-digit Token number for the candidate using e-Mitra portal and issue a receipt containing this Token number. Candidates are advised to keep this receipt safely with them for further use.
iii. In order to activate the online application form for entering the required details, the candidate must enter his/her token no. in the appropriate column of the application form. The online application form will not accept entries without his/her Token number.
Step-2 : Documents to be kept ready in hand before filling the Online Application form.
i. Scanned image of his/her Photograph in jpg format (image size Maximum up to 100 KB), Scanned image of
his/her Signature in jpg format (image size Maximum up to 50 KB),
ii. Scanned images of mark sheets of X, XI and XII examination, Scanned image of mark sheet of JEE
(Mains)-2015 score card [if appeared in JEE (Mains)-2015]
iii. Scanned images of documents related to domicile of Rajasthan and reservation category.
iv. Receipt issued by eMitra/CSC kiosk containing the Token Number, Mobile no. of the candidate or nearest relative.
v. The candidates belonging to KM category has to upload a certificate from the competent authority as a proof to being son/daughter of displaced person from Jammu & Kashmir.
Step-3 : Filling of Online Application form.
i. Candidate must read instructions of filling the online application form carefully. The entries of online
application form must be filled as required.
ii. Candidate should ensure that the photo and signature are same as uploaded by the candidate himself.
iii. Candidate must upload all the requisite documents as asked by the web portal.
iv. The changes (if required) will be allowed in online application form before final submission i.e. before pressing the “submit” button on the web portal.
v. Web page will not accept any changes after final submission of online application form i.e. after pressing the
“submit” button on the web portal.
Step-4: Printouts of Application form (Hardcopy) must be taken after final submission of online
application form. Candidate must take a printout of application form, which will be generated by the web portal after final submission. Hardcopy is to be kept with the candidate himself /herself.
Step-5 : The hardcopy of application form is not required to be submitted to the REAP-2015 office.
Admission Process : Two separate merit Lists will be prepared viz. first based on JEE (Mains)-2015 score
(Merit-1) and secondly based on XII percentile basis (Merit-2). After declaration of REAP-2015 merit, the candidates desirous to take admission in first year of degree engineering courses will have to fill online option form. The detailed direction / guidelines and schedule regarding filling of option form will be issued by the Coordinator, REAP-2015 later on. The candidate will be allowed to exercise his/her option for allotment of seat from any one of the two merit lists i.e. either on the basis of JEE Mains score (Merit-1) or Percentile of 10+2examination
 (Merit-2).
